Mission statement:
We support the well-being of the wholeperson...body, mind and spirit. Through education and counseling, we can help people make informed choices regarding mental, physical and spiritual health. We can provide support and understanding for people coping with serious or chronic illness and for their caregivers. We bring the Eucharist to the homebound and offer prayers for healing. Our goal is to help improve the health and well-being of all community members.

- Referral source for professional services
When to call us:
- Health questions
- Times when you are feeling alone or isolated
- If you are recovering from surgery or an illness and need support
- For support of individuals with serious or chronic illness and their caregivers
- At times of death and bereavement
- Major life changes or traumatic experiences
- Assistance in understanding any new medication or diet plan prescribed by your doctor
Call 911 for all medical emergencies (chest pain, shortness of breath, bleeding, any problem that needs to be resolved in less than 24 hours, any medical care that requires direct hands-on nursing care). There is NO physician on the Parish Nurse Team.
